I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in chronic illness, anxiety, and developmental trauma. Having been born with Cerebral Palsy and facing obstacles throughout my life, I bring a unique, friendly, and empathetic style to therapy that supports individuals and their families through challenging periods/times. As a second generation Mexican-American raised and living in Southern California, I take pride in serving my community, offering bilingual services, and giving people a safe space no matter their background or circumstances.

I would have had through the difficult times in my own life.
Couples & Family Therapy
Supporting couples and helping them reconnect through empathy, understanding, and common
ground is very meaningful to me and essential to healthy long-term relationships. In addition, I help
family members of people with a chronic illness so they can better understand what their loved one is going through and how they can both process the situation themselves and support the
person they love.
